Are we going to a real castle today? Landal Klein Ruwinkel lies in the Gelderse Vallei (Gelderland valley), the magnificent area between the Utrechtse Heuvelrug (Utrecht ridge) and the Veluwe. This pleasant park is a great base for trips in the neighbourhood. There is plenty of history around here: Amerongen Castle, Renswoude Castle and the famous Amersfoortse Kei (Amersfort Boulder).
