Will I receive a booking confirmation after I pay online?

Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail after making an online payment. Please save this confirmation as proof of your booking.

If you have paid via Debit Card or Credit Card, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

Booking confirmation not received
If you have not received your booking confirmation and invoice within 3 days of booking, you should first check your 'spam mailbox'. If you can't find the booking confirmation here also then you must contact the Contact Centre immediately. If you do not, you will not be entitled to the booking.
