Before anything else, a complaint should be reported directly to the management of the park on which you are staying, so that we can try to resolve the complaint on site. Should you feel that a complaint has not been dealt in a satisfactorily manner, despite the care taken and efforts made by the park management, call the customer service.
General purchase conditions
The General Purchase Conditions of Landal GreenParks B.V. and its subsidiaries shall apply in respect of all purchases of products / services by Landal GreenParks B.V. and its subsidiaries.
