I have booked a stay and want to change the travel dates, accommodation or the duration of stay I have booked. Is this possible?
If your scheduled arrival date is more than 28 days from today’s date, it is still possible for you to change your travel date. To do so, please get in touch with our Contact Centre on: +44 1603 367 066
 
. We will be happy to provide you with further individual assistance. The price of the booking will remain the same or will be increased. If the updated booking is more expensive, you will of course need to pay the difference.

If the booking has an arrival date less than 28 days from today, it is unfortunately not possible to change the travel dates.

. We are happy to help you personally. The rent of the booking remains the same or increases. If the changed booking becomes more expensive, you pay the difference extra.

For reservations with an arrival date within 28 days, it is unfortunately not possible to book the stay to another park.

Piece of cake! You do not have to inform us if your visitors are not staying overnight. Are they planning to sleep over? Well, they can. You will then pay for bed linen and tourist tax for each person. Please inform the Contact Center via +44 1603 367 066
