I haven't received a verification e-mail to confirm my account, what do I do?
You may already have an account. Try to log in or select ‘Forgot password’. You can then set a new password via an e-mail you will receive from us. Please check your junk e-mail just to be sure.

How can I add a stay to my account or to the Landal app?
Log in and add the number of the booking you have made. You can find your booking number in the confirmation you received by e-mail. You will be able find your booked stay under 'my bookings’ once you have added your stay. Are you already logged in while booking? Then we will add your booking automatically.

I want to delete my account. How can I do this?
Unfortunately you cannot delete your account yourself at the moment. We can delete your account details for you. Call the Contact Centre on +44 1603 367 066

Go to ‘Log In’ and enter your account details.

I can’t log in. What should I do?
You may have entered the incorrect information if you already have an account. Try again or choose 'forgot password'. You can then create a new password, which you can use to log in again. Please check your junk e-mail just to be sure. Do you not yet have an account? Then create an account. Good to know: your login details for the app and for the website are the same.

Go to ‘Log In’ and select ‘Forgot password’. We'll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Try logging in with your e-mail address and select ‘Forgot password’. If your e-mail address is unknown, create a new account.

I get the message 'E-mail already exists’. What should I do?
You are trying to create a new account with an e-mail address of an existing account. Go back to the login screen and choose ‘Forgotten your password’.

This message means we do not recognise the e-mail address or password you have entered.

Manage booking

I have booked multiple accommodations at once. How can I add this reservation to the app?
Unfortunately, at the moment you cannot link a combination reservation to your My Landal account or the Landal app. You can contact our Contact Centre to add or delete travelling companions, to cancel your booking or to add a package.

Log in and go to ‘My reservations’. Select the reservation and look under payment information.

You can find the invoice in the reservation confirmation e-mail we sent you.

Why can't I see my booking in my account?
• Is the e-mail address you logged in with the same as the e-mail address you provided when making your booking? You can add a booking to your account if it is the same one.
• Did you make a booking with a different e-mail address? Then change your e-mail address under 'my details'. Or create a new account.
• Are you using the correct e-mail address? Then log in to your account and add the booking manually. Enter your booking number under 'add your booking'. You will then find this booking in your account.
• Is this not working? Then please get in touch with us.

Change details

How do I notify you of a change of address?
At the moment you can’t change your address online. To change your address, call the Contact Centre on +44 1603 367 066

How do I notify you of a name change?
You can do that easily in your My Landal account. You can change your name under ‘My details’. If you have made a booking and you want to change the name it is under, please contact us by phone.

How do I change the e-mail address I use for my account?
Log in via your account and change your e-mail address under 'my details'. Make sure this is the same e-mail address under which you made the booking.

How can I reset my password?
You can change your password in your account via 'My details'. If you have forgotten your password, choose the option ‘Forgotten your password’ in the login screen.
