Reservations Terms and Conditions App

Landal GreenParks B.V. (hereinafter: Landal) offers you on behalf of the (hospitality) establishments in its parks (hereinafter: Restaurants) the opportunity to make online reservations at these Restaurants. The following reservations terms and conditions apply to anyone who makes a reservation at these Restaurants using the Landal GreenParks app (hereinafter: App). By using this App to make a reservation, you accept and agree to these reservations terms and conditions.

Reservations

Landal only acts as an intermediary. By making a reservation you enter into an agreement (restaurant booking) with the Restaurant where you have made the reservation. The restaurant booking between you and the Restaurant is subject to the restaurant's general terms and conditions. Your reservation will only be confirmed as a booking when you receive an email confirmation of your restaurant booking from the Restaurant. You may cancel or change (in consultation with the Restaurant) your restaurant booking by calling the Restaurant. The restaurant reserves the right to apply the terms and conditions for cancellation and/or changes. Landal and the Restaurants reserve the right to cancel any reservation/restaurant booking.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These reservations terms and conditions are subject to Dutch law. Any disputes will be settled by a competent judge in the jurisdiction of The Hague.

Changes

These reservations terms and conditions may be subject to change by Landal GreenParks at any time. The changes take effect once they are published. We recommend regularly reviewing the reservations terms and conditions.
