Construction of new Landal Arber holiday park in the Bavarian Forest has started

Arber Investment GmbH has started the construction of the first 196 new holiday homes in Zwiesel (Bavarian Forest). The construction of the residences was launched at an official event on 16 June. Alongside representatives from the municipalities and district, all of the project partners involved were in attendance to celebrate this milestone in the development together.

The first two houses to be built are model residences that can be visited by interested buyers and investors.
The construction of the Chalet Resort Arberland residences is being carried out by ELK BAU, a specialist builder of prefabricated wooden houses.
The Chalet Resort Arberland is situated on the edge of the Bavarian town of Zwiesel, close to the Czech border and not far from Austria. With more than 220,000 overnight stays per year, the project will give a significant economic boost to tourism in the region.

Alexander Baldauf, Regional Manager DACH, stressed in his speech that this new location perfectly fits Landal's growth ambitions and will once again be an attractive location in the offer for guests due to its location and infrastructure.

The residences can accommodate from 2 to a maximum of 12 persons in comfort and luxury designs. Every residence complies with the latest standards for sustainability and insulation. The central facilities at the park are being completely renovated and transformed into a new central building with a range of facilities. Park guests can use the adjacent indoor and outdoor swimming pools of the city of Zwiesel (Zwieseler Erlebnis Bad - ZEB).

Chalet Resort Arberland will be the twelfth Landal GreenParks holiday park in Germany. The project is being developed by Arber Investment GmbH. The holiday homes will be offered on the German market for sale to private investors and rented through Landal GreenParks, with which Arber Investment GmbH has signed a long-term contract.
