Spend your days building sandcastles on the North Sea beach, exploring the quaint towns and villages of Walcheren, or embarking on scenic hikes and bike rides along the dikes, forests, and polders.

With the pristine Blue Flag beach just a short walk away, you can enjoy swimming in peace. Prefer to enjoy the water from indoors? The luxurious swimming paradise at Beach Resort Kamperland is just 10km away, and as a guest of Camping de Zandput, you can enjoy free access to the pool.

Swimming

Guests of Camping de Zandput receive exclusive access to the water paradise at Beach Resort Kamperland. Enjoy the excitement of a 63-meter slide, the wave pool, and exhilarating rapids. Toddlers can splash safely in their own pool. On sunny days, take a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool, or unwind in the sauna or Turkish steam bath.

Food and drinks

Enjoy delicious coffee and cake, a tasty lunch, or a hearty dinner at our restaurant. Our special children's menu offers delightful options for young diners. From meat dishes to pizza, there is something for everyone.

De Manteling van Walcheren

Zeeland's most varied coastal area is the Manteling van Walcheren. Here you will find high dunes, wet dune valleys, dry grass dunes and various walking routes to discover this nature reserve.

Veere

You can go on a pleasant stroll in Veere. Old streets, stately trading houses, the Grote Kerk and the Town Hall. The ports of Veere are also a good starting point for exploring Lake Veerse.

Water Sports Centre Schotsman

With Schotsman Water Sports Centre you can (learn to) water ski or wakeboard on the water ski cable railway. You are pulled around by a ski tow across a distance of 820 metres per round.

Welcome to Camping De Zandput

The adventure begins the moment you leave the highway. From the family-friendly Vrouwenpolder, you drive on charming country roads and over dikes towards the dunes. Nestled in the dunes is our family campsite, De Zandput, where sand was once collected. In the past, fresh water was also drawn from the dunes. This old 'water extraction area' is now a peaceful and beautiful spot right next to the campsite. No matter which way you leave the campsite, you are heading into adventure or nature: the North Sea beach, the towns and villages on Walcheren island, the Veerse lake, or the walking and biking paths along dikes, through forests, or across open fields. The beaches at Vrouwenpolder have a Blue Flag, which is a European mark of cleanliness and safety for marinas and beaches.
