Wake up in your Caribbean-style villa. With a cup of coffee in your hand, open the doors to your covered terrace and enjoy the radiant sun. The villas are spacious and fully equipped. The accommodation even has a washing machine, which is handy! Inside is a comfortable sofa and outside two sunbeds, so you can always sit comfortably. You also have your own parking space in front of the door.

Walking to the beach

From the park you can walk to the beautiful beach of 's-Gravenzande. Grab the handcart and fill it with shovels, buckets, towels and of course a well-stocked cool box! Will you build the most beautiful sandcastle or will you go for a creative drip castle? Take a refreshing dip and end the day at one of the cozy pavilions. Enjoy a dinner while you watch the sun set in the sea.

Discover the area

Get on your bike and follow the picturesque dune path, which will take you to Scheveningen! The Westland offers beautiful cycling routes. Along the way, you can stop at one of the many nice stalls along the road. In addition, there are many water sports to practice on the beach! Take a surfing lesson or rent a supboard for example. Nice cities such as Rotterdam and The Hague are also nearby for a day of shopping or a visit to a museum.

Swimming

Put on your swimsuit and head for the beach. Take a refreshing dip in the sea or jump in the waves. You won't get bored on the beach, because when you're done swimming? Dig a hole in the sand or build a sandcastle!

Food and drinks

Unfortunately, there is no restaurant at the park. But within walking distance of the park you will find several pavilions. For example, visit eatery Salt (very nice with children) or have dinner on the beach and go to pavilion Summertime. In summer, many more pavilions are open, so then there is plenty of choice! But of course you can also eat in the accommodation.

Sport and games

Close to the park there is a golf course for keen golfers, but if waves are more your thing then you are also in the right place. Near the park, you can try out or practice many water sports! Explore the waves of Hoek van Holland during a surfing lesson, get on a supboard or try your hand at sandboarding! There is always something to do.

De Surfschool

Would you like to learn to surf? Or can you surf already, and are you eager to take on the waves? The Surfschool offers surf lessons, including lessons for beginners and children. You don't need more than a swimming certificate.

Het Keringhuis

The Maeslantkering fprms part of the Delta Works. At Het Keringhuis, you will learn more about this storm surge barrier and why it is so important. A unique experience for young and old!

De Uithof

De Uithof in The Hague is the largest indoor sports centre in Europe. Here you can skate, climb, ski, go-kart or play laser tag. De Uithof is the ideal outing for young and old.
