From early morning laps in the competition pool to exuberant play with the kids in the paddling pools, Swimming Pool Aqualaren is a 6-minute drive away and offers a lot of water fun for the whole family to enjoy. Take the 30-metre slide, play in the bubbling rapids or relax under the cosy water umbrella. After all the water fun, relax in the hot whirlpool garden and let all your worries wash away. Guests at Villapark Akenveen have free access.
 Food and drinks
All that water fun will work up an appetite. Treat yourself to a delicious daily menu, freshly baked pizza or classic snacks at Petit Restaurant at the Park. When the weather's nice, you can enjoy a cool drink and a spectacular view of the lake on the cosy terrace. Ice cream to go? The Snack Bar is ready to sweet end your day.

Teenagers chill in The Lounge with beanbags and music, enjoy exciting movie nights and challenge each other at Lucky's indoor and outdoor gaming centre. Scattered around the park are cosy playgrounds for outdoor fun.

With its own inland lake, this is the dream spot for water lovers. Fish, dive or swim in clear waters. Book diving lessons at the diving school and shop. Hire a pedalo for a lap around the water. Play a game of mini-golf, football, beach volleyball or table tennis on the mainland. A 15-minute drive will get you to the golf course.
