At Landal Waterpark Oudehaske everything revolves around tranquillity, nature and water experiences. Swimming in the lake, floating on a paddleboard or relaxing on your terrace - it's all possible. For a bite to eat, walk to the restaurant next to the park or head out to Joure or Heerenveen.

Paddleboarding, sailing, fishing or swimming: at the Nannewiid you experience the water your way. The lake is directly adjacent to the park and is free of motorboats, so it is always quiet. Smaller boats (including paddleboards, windsurfing boards, canoes and 'optimists') are allowed, so you can quietly explore the area from the water.

Children have fun on the beach at Nannewiid or take to the water in a canoe or paddleboard. There is plenty of adventure in the surrounding area: discover the cosy streets of Joure, go on a treasure hunt in Heerenveen or visit one of the Frisian lakes for a day of sailing. A cycle trip along the water or a visit to a regional market will also make the day complete.

Some lodges are equipped with a swimming ladder on the jetty. So you can jump straight from your terrace into the Nannewiid for a refreshing dip. Ideal on hot days or if you wake up in the morning craving a splash.
