Basic Break
  • You pay the full amount in one go, within 72 hours of booking.
  • You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours after booking.
  • If you cancel after 72 hours, you will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
  • It is not possible to change the date, park or accommodation type of your booking.
Flex Break
  • You can choose to pay in two instalments. You then pay 50% of the total amount within 72 hours of booking and the remaining 50% no later than 42 days before arrival.
  • You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours after booking.
  • If you cancel after 72 hours but more than 41 days before arrival, you will pay 50% of the total amount. From 41 days before arrival, you will pay 100% of the booking fee.
  • It is possible to change the date, park or accommodation type of your booking up to 42 days before arrival.
Super Flex Break
  • You can choose to pay in two instalments. You will then pay 25% of the total amount within 72 hours of booking and the remaining 75% no later than 42 days before arrival.
  • You can cancel free of charge up to 42 days before arrival.
  • If you cancel within 42 days of arrival, you will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
  • You can change the date, park or accommodation type of your booking up to 42 days before arrival.
  • You can choose a house number or preferences free of charge when booking.
