You can park your car at or near the accommodation (depending on the type chosen). The specific number of parking spaces per accommodation can be found in the accommodation features. Additional cars can be parked in the central car park.

There are charging stations at the park to charge your electric car.

When entering Austria by car, please note that motorway and motorway toll stickers and high-visibility vests are compulsory. Vignettes are available from most automobile clubs, at motorway service stations near the border and online as a digital vignette.

A deposit must be paid at reception on arrival at the park. The deposit amount is listed in the facility features on the accommodation page. The deposit can only be paid by card.

You can use free Wi-Fi throughout the park.

Pets are welcome at the resort and in some accommodations. Availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Would you like to bring a pet with you? After booking, please call our Contact Centre on +44 1603 367 066 and we will be happy to check what options are available for your stay. There is an additional charge of €15.00 to €25.00 per day per pet.

Changes, cancellations and booking of extras
It's not possible to amend or cancel bookings or add optional extras (such as baby cots) online. Please get in touch with our Contact Centre after booking on +44 1603 367 066 .

Additional fees
