I am logged in on the app, but my booking has not been added yet. How do I do this?

Please note, the Landal App is currently not recognising reservation numbers so you will not be able to add your reservation just yet. We are working on this and hope to have a fix shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience. Once this is working, please see the below steps on how to add your booking.
  1. Go to the Landal App
  2. Log in with your email address and password.
  3. Go to ‘Bookings’
  4. Select ‘Add booking’ 
  5. Enter the booking number. You will find the booking number in the booking confirmation we emailed to you.
  6. Your booking has now been added! 
  7. Go to ‘Bookings’ in the app to view the details of your bookings.
