Cancellation fees

If you have made a booking after the 13th of January 2026, you can cancel free of charge within 72 hours of booking. If these 72 hours have passed, but there are still more than six weeks before your stay begins, you will pay 50% of the total travel sum. If you wish to cancel within six weeks of arrival, you will pay the full travel sum.

If you have made a booking between the 3rd of July 2025 and the 13th of January, you can cancel free of charge within 14 days if your arrival is not within 42 days. After 14 days, there will be a charge for cancelling. The cancellation fee is 30% of the total travel sum up to 30 days before arrival. Is the arrival date within the next 30 days? Then you will pay 100% of the total travel sum.

If you made a booking between the 10th of December 2024 and the 3rd of July 2025, the cancellation fee up to 30 days before arrival is 30% of the total amount. From 30 days before arrival, you will pay the full amount.
