Landal GreenParks to open three new holiday parks in the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom

Landal GreenParks has yet again announced three new holiday parks: Landal Résidence Westduin in Sint Maartenszee (North Holland), Landal Eifel Prümtal in Waxweiler, Germany and Landal Vale of Usk near Raglan in Wales. These three parks sum the total number of new parks this year announced by Landal GreenParks up to ten.

Guests & private investors
The strong demand for holiday accommodations continues unabated this year. Guests are looking for nature, tranquility and space, while private investors are eager to invest in recreational properties. This trend is expected to continue for the foreseeable future.
“In the Netherlands, we still see sufficient room for growth in this sector. But there are also plenty of international development opportunities out there for a strong brand like Landal GreenParks. These new parks therefore fit perfectly into our ambition to expand our offerings by adding new, high-quality parks close to beautiful nature,” says Dirk Anbeek, General Manager of Landal GreenParks.

Landal Résidence Westduin
With Landal Résidence Westduin, Landal GreenParks is gaining yet another coastal destination in North Holland in the Netherlands. Here, nestled amidst the picturesque dunes of Sint Maartenszee (in the municipality of Schagen), 18 high-end luxury holiday apartments will be built with only a short walking distance from the sandy beachfront of the North Sea. Sint Maartenszee offers all the elements for a restful holiday, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. These luxurious apartments are perfected to a high-end standard and located right in the dunes, making them ideally suitable for a fantastic holiday getaway. A variety of fun activities and attractions are on hand for the kids. Landal Résidence Westduin is a development of Westduinlodge B.V. and will feature three different types of apartments with unique characteristics, varying in size from 62 to 120 m2.
Construction has already begun and the apartments are expected to be available for rental in spring 2022.

Landal Eifel Prümtal, Waxweiler
Landal Eifel Prümtal is the thirteenth Landal GreenParks holiday destination in Germany. At the edge of the charming holiday village of Waxweiler in the Eifel, an existing bungalow park with campsite has been acquired and will be redeveloped and expanded. Landal Eifel Prümtal is about 3.5 hours from Utrecht by car and is a part of the German-Luxembourger nature park, located near the point where Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg meet. While the park is an ideal destination for those who love tranquility and nature, it is also well-suited as a base of activities for active holidaymakers. A total of 60-90 new holiday residences will be build, along with the accompanying facilities. Construction of the new holiday residences will be carried out in tranches of approximately ten residences each, depending on the sales to private investors. The residences will be offered for sale via www.landalmakelaardij.nl and www.vakantiemakelaar.nl.
The first phase of Landal Eifel Prümtal is expected to be available for rental bookings on 1 January 2022

Landal Vale of Usk, Raglan
Landal Vale of Usk, a lovely wellness destination featuring luxury design lodges in a beautiful natural setting, will be Landal GreenParks’ tenth holiday park in the United Kingdom. The park is located in the county of Monmouthshire in Wales, just across the border from England. Here, spectacular design lodges will be built around extensive wellness options, all set amidst glorious natural beauty. Landal Vale of Usk is being newly developed from the ground up. The plans also include a golf course, spa and wellness facilities, a conference centre, fitness and leisure facilities and a wide variety of luxurious accommodations, from design lodges to tree houses. All accommodations have been designed with sustainability in mind in order to preserve the landscape and minimise the ecological impact on the natural surroundings.
The first lodges are expected to be available for rental this autumn
