Arrival and departure
Please report to the reception upon arrival at the park. There you will receive the key to your holiday home and a park map. If the reception is closed, the key and the barrier card for the car will be left in our outside safe at the reception, ready for you to collect.
On the day of arrival, your accommodation will be available from 15:00. We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation before 10.30 am on the day of departure.

In cooperation with Dormio
This holiday park will be rented out by our partner Dormio. Dormio is responsible for welcoming guests and the activities at the park. This will not impact the service and quality that has always been provided. Our mascot Bollo will no longer be at Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor (Mio, Dormio's mascot, will be there). Electric Car Charging Station
Landal Resort Eifeler Tor has two charging stations for electric vehicles. You will find the charging stations in the central car park.
Swimming pool
The open-air swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

Accessibility
Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor is not suitable for wheelchairs due to its location. The bungalows have been built on a slope and are therefore not suitable or less suitable for people with mobility problems. Most apartments and facilities can be accessed by lift and are also suitable for people with some mobility problems.
Laundry service
The park has a launderette with washing machines and dryers.
Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor is not suitable for wheelchairs due to its location.
