Did you book your stay 7 days or less ago, and your arrival is not within 42 days at the point of cancellation? Then you do not pay any cancellation costs, and will be fully refunded for your break. To cancel more than 7 days after making your booking, or within 42 days of your arrival date, we will retain 20% of the total booking cost (equivalent to your initial deposit payment).
If you cancel your booking and the reservation start date is less than 42 days but more than 28 days away, we will retain 50% of the total accommodation cost paid or payable. If you cancel your booking and the reservation start date is 28 days away or less, we will retain 90% of the total accommodation cost paid or payable.
