Parking
You can park your car at or near the accommodation (depending on the type chosen). The specific number of parking spaces per accommodation can be found in the accommodation features. Additional cars can be parked in the central car park.

Arrival and departure

If you have received a pin code or keycard, you can drive straight to your accommodation when you arrive at the park. No pin code or keycard yet? Then report to the Service Point at the park. If you are arriving outside the opening hours of the Service Point, please contact us in advance.
Check-in from 16:00
You can of course use the park facilities before this time. Or discover the surroundings of the park.
Check-out until 10:00
You are of course very welcome at the park facilities for the rest of the day.
Final cleaning
Upon departure, we ask you to leave the accommodation neat and broom clean, take out the rubbish and empty the dishwasher. Your deposit will be refunded within ten days if you have complied with this.

Deposit
Please note that a deposit will be requested before your arrival. You will receive this back if upon departure it appears that you have left the accommodation broom clean and in good condition. If the housekeeping service has to carry out extra cleaning work, (part of) the deposit will be withheld. You will be notified in writing about this. It may take up to 10 working days after departure for the deposit to be returned to your account.
Wifi
You can use free Wi-Fi in all accommodation.
Pets
Pets are welcome at the park and in selected accommodation. Check the characteristics of the accommodation or select your pet(s) in the travel group to see which accommodation is suitable for one or more pets to stay in.

The amount of the pet surcharge and final cleaning fee depends on the park. You'll find these prices in your price summary when booking. 
Laundry service
The park has a launderette with washing machines and dryers (for a fee)

You are welcome to check in at the park from 16:00. Check-out is on day of departure until 10:30. There are some parks that deviate from these times. So always check your booking confirmation or have a look in the Landal-App before departure. Here you will find the exact times. If the park has facilities, you are welcome to use the park's facilities before 16:00.

Please note: for parks in the United Kingdom the check-out is on the day of departure until 10:00.

What exactly is meant by cot?
A cot is a small bed for very young children. A cot can be a travel cot or a wooden cot. This depends on the park. Children under three years old (0 to 2 years) can sleep in a cot. Children over three must sleep in a large bed. When you make your booking, please specify whether you require a cot.

Extra cot
At many of the parks it is possible to book an extra cot.
