I have booked a stay and want to change the travel dates, accommodation or the period of the stay I have booked. Is this possible?
If your scheduled arrival date is more than 28 days from today’s date, it is still possible for you to change your travel date. To do so, please get in touch with our Contact Centre at: 0345 498 6200. We will be happy to provide you with further individual assistance. The rental fee of the booking will remain the same or will be increased. If the updated booking is more expensive, you will of course need to pay the difference.

If the booking has an arrival date less than 28 days from today, it is unfortunately not possible to change the travel dates.

I want to rebook to another park. Is that possible?
If the arrival date is not (yet) within 28 days from today, you can rebook your stay to another park. You can contact our Contact Center via: 0345 498 6200. We are happy to help you personally. The rent of the booking remains the same or increases. If the changed booking becomes more expensive, you pay the difference extra.

For reservations with an arrival date within 28 days, it is unfortunately not possible to book the stay to another park.

I would like to receive visitors during my stay. How does this work?

Cancellations

I would like to cancel my booking. How can I do this?
Did you book your stay 14 days or less ago and your arrival is not within 42 days on the day of cancellation? Then you do not pay any cancellation costs. The costs of cancelling after 14 days of booking to 42 days before arrival are 20% of the total booking costs.

If you cancel your booking and the reservation start date is less than 42 days but more than 28 days away, we will retain 50% of the total accommodation cost paid or payable.  If you cancel your booking and the reservation start date is 28 days away or less, we will retain 90% of the total accommodation cost paid or payable.

How do I take out cancellation insurance?
You can take out insurance up to 14 days after making your reservation. This is also possible for arrivals after 30 days of booking. You can only take out insurance when booking for arrivals within 30 days. You can do this yourself via your My Landal account.

The arrival date was already less than 28 days away when I made the booking. Can I still change my travel dates, or can I cancel my booking and receive a full or partial refund of my travel sum?
No; unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change your booking. You can cancel if you wish, but in that case you must pay 90% of the total travel sum.
