Accessibility

Parking
Parking spaces are available in the underground car park for a fee (€ 5,-/day and car) and subject to availability. Further free parking spaces are located outside next to the resort.
Electric car charging options
There are charging stations at the park to charge your electric car.
Motorway vignette
When entering Austria by car, please note that motorway and motorway toll stickers and high-visibility vests are compulsory. Vignettes are available from most automobile clubs, at motorway service stations near the border and online as a digital vignette.

Arrival and departure

Please report to reception when you arrive. There you will receive the key to your accommodation and further information. Are you arriving outside reception opening hours? Please contact us in advance.
Check-in from 16:00
Discover the surroundings of the park if you arrive earlier.
Check-out until 10:00
The accommodation should be vacated by 10:00 at the latest.
We do the final cleaning
Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy, empty the dishwasher, close all windows, and take out the rubbish. We'll take care of the rest!

Deposit
A deposit must be paid at reception on arrival at the park. The deposit amount is listed in the facility features on the accommodation page. The deposit can only be paid by card.
Wifi
You can use free Wi-Fi throughout the park.
Pets
Pets are welcome at the resort and in some accommodations. Availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
