Rauriser UrQuell
The Rauris Valley has more than 300 springs and is therefore also called the 'Valley of Springs'. In just 30 minutes' walk from the Bodenhaus car park you can reach the Rauriser UrQuell with a circular path, seating and drinking water fountain.
Waterfall Trail in Kolm Saigurn
Five waterfalls await you on the approximately 3km-long circular hiking trail. From the Lenzanger car park you can reach the Naturfreundehaus in half an hour, where the easy path of the circular trail branches off. Duration approx. 1.5 hours, suitable for children.
Großglockner High Alpine Road
Drive along this famous road with panoramic views and admire the mountains and protected nature from numerous vantage points. Free exhibitions will give you a closer look at the national park. One day ticket per stay with the National Park SummerCard is included.
Weißsee Glacier World
An impressive year-round destination for the whole family. In summer, this high alpine world surrounded by mountains and lakes is a true hiking paradise. Follow the hiking trails at an altitude of almost 3,000m alone or on a guided hike.
Kitzlochklamm in Taxenbach
Visit one of the most beautiful and impressive gorges in the region and marvel at this natural spectacle from viewing platforms, bridges and bays. There's free entrance to the gorge, including the via ferrata climbing route, with the National Park SummerCard.
Valley of the Vultures
With a little luck, golden eagles, griffon vultures and bearded vultures can be observed in the wild in Rauriser Krumltal, the so-called 'Valley of the Vultures'. Information boards located along the family-friendly 'Kings of the Skies' nature trail tell you more about these impressive birds of prey.
