Did you book your stay 7 days or less ago and your arrival is not within 49 days on the day of cancellation? Then you do not pay any cancellation costs. The costs of cancelling after 7 days of booking to 42 days before arrival are 20% of the total booking costs.
If you cancel your booking and the reservation start date is less than 42 days but more than 28 days away, we will retain 50% of the total accommodation cost paid or payable.
