Can I share the digital key with my travel companions?
Yes, at the moment this is only possible by sharing your login details with your travel companions. They can then also log in via the Landal app and use the digital key.

How do I know I will get a digital key for my stay?
We indicate this in your booking confirmation. You will also receive e-mails with further explanation about the digital key.

Can I also use the digital key to open the barrier at the park?
Yes, this is possible at many villages. On your arrival day the barrier is often already open for you.

I don't have an internet bundle on my mobile phone, what do I do now?
No problem, we offer free wifi at many of our parks. This way you can still use the digital key!

No worries. Just go to the reception of the park, our staff will be happy to help you.

When will the digital key be visible in the app?
If you have completed all the steps, your digital key will appear in the app 7 days before your arrival. On your arrival day the key will turn green from 16:00, from that moment you can open the accommodation with your key!

My digital key doesn't work (anymore), what now?
That is unfortunate. Try the following:
  • Log out and log in again to the Landal app.
  • Check whether you have downloaded the latest version of the Landal app. Is this not the case? Download the latest version of the app and log in again.
  • Do the above steps not work? Delete the app and download it again.

Is the digital key still not working? Then please refer to the reception desk of the park. Is the reception desk closed? Then contact the emergency number indicated in the app.

How do I check out with the digital key?
Tell us your expected departure time via the Landal app under 'My stay'. At the park or in the app you will find more information on how to leave the accommodation. Ready to leave? Click the check-out button in the app and you can close the door behind you. No need to go to reception anymore. And the final cleaning, we'll take care of that for you!

Landal app

I’m unable to install the app. What should I do?
You can find the Landal GreenParks App in the App Store and in Google Play. The app is available for iOS and Android. When installing the app, make sure that your phone has sufficient free space and that you have a good internet or Wi-Fi connection.

How do I log into the Landal GreenParks App?
You can log in with your ‘My Landal’ account Always log in with the email address that you used to make your booking with Landal. Your reservation is linked to this email address. If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgot password’. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password. If you haven’t received the email, you probably do not have an account associated with this email address and you should click ‘Create an account’. 

Important: for some parks you will need a different account to reserve an activity or facility in the app. Unfortunately, these two accounts are not yet linked to each other.

What information can I find in the Landal app?
The Landal app includes information about the facilities, activities and any available restaurants or food and beverage services at the park where you are staying. Here you can view the opening hours and the contact information for the reception, and make reservations if needed. The park map in the app helps you find your way around. You can also discover activities and attractions in the region around the park. Link your stay to the app by logging into your My Landal account and get ready for your upcoming stay!

Can I also use the Landal app if I don't have a reservation?
Absolutely! Select the park you want more information about and learn more about a wonderful holiday destination.

I only see one upcoming stay listed in the Landal app, but I have multiple stays coming up. Is this correct?
Under 'Reservations' you will find all the reservations you have added in the app. If you do not see all your made reservations, add the missing ones via 'Add reservation'.

I have logged into the app, but my reservation is not linked yet. How do I do this?
Please follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Landal App
  2. Log in with your My Landal account
  3. Click on the chat icon in the bottom right
  4. You will see the following text appear: ‘Link your reservation’. Click on this text.
  5. Log in again with your My Landal account
  6. Under ‘Add your reservation', include the reservation number of your booking. You will find this number in the confirmation email you received.
  7. Your reservation is now linked!
  8. Click on ‘My stay’ in the app to view the details of your reservation.
