How do I know that I will have a digital key for my stay?
We indicate this in your booking confirmation. You will also receive an email shortly before your arrival to explain how to use your digital key.

When will the digital key be visible in the app?
Once you have made your booking, the digital key will be visible in the app. You can use the key as of 4 p.m. on your arrival day once you have completed all the steps. We will indicate which steps are still required (for example payment, sending us the names of your travelling companions).

Can I share the digital key with my travel companions?
No, unfortunately this is not yet possible. We are working hard to make this a possibility in the future.

Do I also use the digital key to open the access gate at the park?
Yes, this works at many parks. On the day of your arrival at the park, the access gate will often be open already.

No worries. Just go to the reception of the park, our staff will be happy to help you.

My digital key doesn't work or stopped working. What do I do now?
Sorry to hear that. Try the following:
  • Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the Landal app. You don't have the latest version? First update the app to the latest version and log in again.
  • Do you have the latest version? Log out and log back in again
  • Are these steps not working? Delete the app and download the app again.

Is the digital key still not working? Then we refer you to the park reception. Is the reception closed? Please contact the emergency number listed in the app.

I don't have an internet bundle on my mobile phone, what do I do now?
No problem, we offer free wifi at many of our parks. This way you can still use the digital key!

How do I check out with the digital key?
Inform us of your expected departure time via the Landal app under ‘My stay’. At the park or in the app, you will find more information on how to leave your accommodation upon departure. Ready to depart? Simply click on the check-out button in the app and just close the door behind you. There is no need to stop by the reception. You can drop off any tags in the indicated bins. We will take care of the final cleaning after you leave!

Landal app

How do I log in on the Landal app?
You always log in with the same email address and password you use to log in on the website. Always log in with the email address that you used to make your booking with Landal. Your booking is linked to this. Forgot password? Select ‘forgot password’ when you log in. You will receive an email from us to reset your password. Make sure you also check your spam folder. Didn't receive an email? Then you probably don't have an account with this email address. Create an account 

Important: for some parks you will need a different account to reserve an activity or facility in the app. Unfortunately, these two accounts are not yet linked to each other.

What can I do with the Landal app?
Log in with the account information that you use to log in on the website. In the app you will find information about your booking, facilities, activities and restaurants or food and beverage services at the park in which you are staying. Here you can also view opening hours, contact information for the park reception, and make reservations, for example for bowling. The park map in the app helps you find your way around. You can also discover activities and attractions in the region around the park. At many parks, you can also use the app to open the door of your bungalow with your digital key.

Can I also use the Landal app if I don't have a reservation?
Absolutely! Select the park you want more information about and learn more about a wonderful holiday destination.

I am logged in on the app, but my booking has not been added yet. How do I do this?
Please note, the Landal App is currently not recognising reservation numbers so you will not be able to add your reservation just yet. We are working on this and hope to have a fix shortly. We apologise for any inconvenience. Once this is working, please see the below steps on how to add your booking.
  1. Go to the Landal App
  2. Log in with your email address and password.
  3. Go to ‘Bookings’
  4. Select ‘Add booking’ 
  5. Enter the booking number. You will find the booking number in the booking confirmation we emailed to you.
  6. Your booking has now been added! 
  7. Go to ‘Bookings’ in the app to view the details of your bookings.

I only see one upcoming stay in the Landal app, but I have made multiple bookings. Is this correct?
You will find all the holidays you have added to the app under 'Bookings’. Cannot find all your bookings here? Then simply add them yourself via ‘Add booking’.

I am unable to install the Landal app. What do I do now?
Sorry to hear that! Do you have enough memory on your phone to download the app? It's good to check this. Also make sure you have a good Internet/Wi-Fi connection. The download should now work. You can download the Landal app both in the App Store and in the Google Play Store
